hydrotherapy exercises with injured manHydrotherapy consists of performing physiotherapy in heated pools known as hydrotherapy pools. The heat from the pool helps the muscles to relax so that stretching can be easier. This form of exercise is particularly useful for treating patients who are suffering with stiffness, reduced mobility, post op muscluoskeletal and chronic pain cases. If you would like to attend the hydro pool with one of our physiotherapists an on land assessment is necessary first. Please call reception for details.
